If you donвЂ™t use the Automator application then you can delete all the files.

Go to the вЂњ/Library/AutomatorвЂќ folderВ from your main hard drive.

Remove any files in the folder beginning with вЂњвЂќ or вЂњвЂќ.

Type in вЂњ/var/db/receipts/вЂќ and press Enter.

Whilst still browsing a folder, press cmd + Shift + G.
